Overview
Have you always wanted to get in the exercise habit but
never found an enjoyable activity you could do easily and
fit in your hurried daily routine? What about walking?
Step up to the challenge in this FREE program and you
will earn:
- Valuable time walking with friends, family or your pet
- A lifelong healthy habit
- Eligibility for great prizes
Walk to Win Its as Easy as 1 2 3!
You can reach your goal of 30 minutes of physical
activity at least 5 days a week in more than one way. You
can do one type of physical activity for at least 30 minutes
or you can break it down into smaller 10 to 15 minute
segments each day.
- Walk for 30 consecutive minutes at a moderately brisk
pace daily
- Walk for 15 consecutive minutes at a moderately brisk
pace twice daily
- Walk for 10 consecutive minutes at a moderately brisk
pace three times daily.

physically active, join Walk to Win! Beginning August 10,
2009 register at:

Entry Form or pick-up a registration form at any of the
four YMCA of the Fox Cities or Oshkosh YMCAs locations or at
area public health departments.
Walk to Win is sponsored by area public health
departments, ThedaCare, Affinity Health System, YMCA of the Fox Cities, Oshkosh
YMCAs, Neenah Joint School District, and Activate Fox Cities.
